C : Were you with the victim when the victim was found dead?
YX : I wasn't there at all.
W : Please cooperate with us,WE'RE HELPING YOU.
YX : Really! I wasn't there at all ! Why can't you just believe me? Lying to you all doesn't help me anyway.
W : So, where were you when the victim was found dead?
YX : *Keep quiet, ignoring the investigator ;
C : *Slam the table and said : Pls tell us! As long as you tell us and we have evidence, we can close this case as soon as possible.
YX : I really wasn't there, please believe me!
C : Oh okay.. Who can be your witness? Who were you with at that time?
YX : My brother, Nick can be my witness. He was at home with me all the time.
W : Please give us Nick's number, and we will ask him if what you say was really true.
YX : *Writing the number down on a piece of paper and pass it to Michelle.*
M : *Call Nick and ask him to come.*
M : Nick will be on the way here.
W : While waiting for Nick, let me tell you this. Lying is a serious offence, if you are caught lying, you will be seriously punish by the law. *Just then, outside people knocking the door & Nick was brought here. *
C : Hi, please take a seat. Do you know why we brought you here?
YH : Erm, no. Is it about the murdering case?
C : Yes, you're right. We're asking you to come here is because, we want you to be the witness of this case. Now, i would like to ask you something. Please answer my question by not lying. Once again, i would like to tell you, lying is serious offence and once you are found lying, you'll be severely punish. Now, lets begin. The first question i'm going to ask you is, where were you when the murdering case took place ? Were you with the suspect {Yu Xuan} together?
YH : Yes, I'm with him all the time. He's staying at home, playing computer games, and i'm watching the television at that time but after awile he went out.
W : You sure you are not lying?
YH : No, i'm not. I'm saying the truth.
W : Okay, the next question. What time did he go out? What time did he came back?
YH : It should be 10.30 p.m. and back at 3.30 a.m.
W : Okay, Nick u can go now.
M : *Bring Nick {YenHung} out & come in again. *
C : So where do u go from 10.30 p.m. to 3.30a.m. and who can be the witness?
YX : I was at the bar with Ms. Lois McArthur celebrating for winning dance competition.
W : *Slam the table* I warn you, you better tell us the truth, we can help you ask for lighter punishment if you said out what really happened.
YX : *Get mad and shouted : AHHHH!*
C : There's no point if you keep shouting here&there. We can't help you! Please tell us how u kill Ms. Lois McArthur .
YX : Okay.. It happened like this. It was around 3 a.m. when I get worked up & frustrated and took a gun and fired two bullets on her. The next morning I went back and wiped the fingerprints of the 22 caliber colt revolver and called the police to pretend it wasn't me, the murderer. *Look down, very guilty. *
W : Thankyou for cooperating with us & you are now under arrested.
